Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

We offer free shipping on orders over $50.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery times may be affected by:

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee successful redelivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Evyra is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package was lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
